Last Week’s Meal Overview, Garlic-Ginger Chicken & Salisbury Steak

As part of my two-month meal plan, here are a couple of the recipes from last week’s experiments. (Remember that they only get a 5/5 if they really blow our minds):

Salisbury Steak With Mushrooms, 4.75 out of 5

We added a TON of Worcestershire sauce and cut the mushrooms up tiny since Jordan has this mental thing about eating fungus. Made parmesan-infused mashed potatoes as a side. Enough for leftovers and it tasted even better the next day. Jordan agrees.
